Renewal believes the aspirations of its choir members will only be achieved by working together. To achieve this power of synergy, making every effort to understand and trust one another, being patient and forbearing.

The values, which are promoted as a choir, should be matched by those that are practiced in what can be done for others and ourselves.
Transparency …
Being open and transparent about its beliefs and mission in matters of publicity, fundraising, employment, etc.
Accountability …
Recognising that all we have comes from God and that we should exercise wisdom, integrity and responsibility in using the talents and resources given to us.
Diversity …
Recognising that there are varying values and beliefs to which people live within our communities. It believes that it has a duty to maintain its Christian distinctiveness by recruiting those who are committed to Christ’s teaching about the Kingdom of God.
Commitment to each other …
As Renewal commits to its goals, it should also attempt to listen and have regard for one another even in adversity. Not to shy away when confronted with difficult situations and to treat each situation with care and compassion.

A belief that a healthy community is one in which people feel they belong, and that successful delivery of our mission happens when members feel they fit in and have a role to play within and beyond our membership. The importance of a goal focused organisation where a collaborative atmosphere is fostered in order to achieve great things. Creating and encouraging strength in unity as a result.
